Help Us Get to $500,000 to Fund Pediatric Brain Tumor Research
Pediatric brain tumor research is one of the lowest funded areas of medical research, which is why it remains the deadliest form of childhood cancer.
Our goal is to raise $500,000 for the CONNECT Consortium, a global consortium conducting life-saving pediatric brain tumor research. Today, we’ve contributed $400,000.
In September 2022, we first decided to raise $250,000 over five years for the CONNECT Consortium, an organization focused on developing and testing treatments for children with brain tumors.
Dr. Maryam Fouladi is the founding director and chair of the CONNECT Consortium and is also a critical member of Natalie’s care team at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Dr. Fouladi said CONNECT allows 24 and growing member institutions around the world to coordinate brain tumor research and fill gaps between new and existing cancer therapies.
In September 2022, we committed to raise $250,000 for CONNECT over 5 years. But we reached that goal by 2024!
So, we decided to raise another $250,000 to a total of a half million dollars for pediatric brain tumor research! As of December 2025, we have $100,000 to go.
