Welcome to the Natalie Gray Foundation for Pediatric Brain Tumors

Natalie’s Story

On July 16, 2021, Natalie was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor at the age of 13. After two brain surgeries in five days, Natalie returned home to recover, but her journey and treatment was just beginning.

From the beginning of her diagnosis, Natalie has been adamant about using her medical diagnosis & experience to help others on her cancer journey.

It was her idea to start a foundation to help other children and families impacted by brain tumors. She inspired such an amazing outpouring of generosity–the foundation committed $250,000 to the CONNECT Consortium over five years. Read more about the program here.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Natalie through this journey!

Pediatric Brain Tumors are the Deadliest Form of Childhood Cancer

14 children are diagnosed with a pediatric brain tumor every day in the U.S.

50 percent of children with brain tumors do not survive.

It’s been 45 years since there has been a change in survival rates for children with brain tumors.

Pediatric brain tumors are one of the lowest funded area of medical research

Help us make a difference

In 2022, our foundation committed to raise $250,000 over five years for the CONNECT Consortium at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. CONNECT is an international collaborative network of pediatric cancer centers with the objective to improve outcomes for children with newly-diagnosed, high-risk brain tumors by filling the gap between new and existing therapies.
