Chris is the lead partner responsible for KPMG’s Federal Advisory practice and lives in Powell, Ohio. He has five children ages 14 to 22!

Brian Smith, Vice Chair
Brian is married to his beautiful bride, Amber, and has three sons — Trevor, Garrett, and Colton -- and they live in Powell, Ohio. In his free time, Brian enjoys riding his bike, snow skiing, the lake life, and vacations to the beach. He is a self-proclaimed history buff with a focus on U.S. and military history. Brian is a proud graduate of The Ohio State University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Max M. Fisher College of Business.

Casie owns and operates West Seattle Foot & Ankle Clinic with her husband, Dr. Matthew LaBella, after careers in information technology and education. She has two children, Jesse age 15 and Lucy age 13.

Troy Pottgen
Troy is a husband, father, Grand Canyon University professor, and founder of creative consultancy, Narwhal Stories. He also is Natalie's uncle! Troy is a graduate of the University of Illinois (Business), Miami Ad School (Copywriting) and Lindenwood University (MFA, Creative Writing). Troy lives in Scottsdale, Arizona. In his free time, Troy enjoys running Arizona’s beautiful trails and coaching youth basketball.

Melanie Farkas, Secretary
Melanie is an Account Director at Geben Communication and friend and neighbor of the Gray family. Melanie is passionate about public health, data-informed decision-making, empowering women and girls, supporting women running for elected office, and diversity, equity & inclusion. She is married to Dan, has two adorable kids, Leah (12) and William (11), along with two extremely high maintenance, sassy cats.

Shawn Wagner
Shawn is a husband and father of three who has worked in the area of cancer for over 23 years. He is a graduate of Marietta College and Masters Degree from the United States Sports Academy.

Rich Foster
Rich is a business leader with experience in General Management, Marketing and Sales and friend and of the Gray family. Rich resides in Powell, Ohio and is graduate of Western Michigan University (Marketing). He is married to his high school sweetheart, Lori, and they have three sons: Beau (24), Quinn (22) and Ty (22).
